We are a group of Independent Black Producers who have come together to broadcast television and multimedia for community events. We broadcast locally in the Portland Oregon area on Channels 11, 22, and 23. We currently have two hours of live TV air time on Channel 22 every other Saturday, from 6pm to 8pm. Our goal is to have at least 8 hours of air time to show news, talents and events in the Portland urban area.

We are in partnership with Portland Community Media, local churches, and other non-profit organizations in Portland. We are very interested in starting a charter or becoming a member of a National Charter of TV producers.

Our Mission Statement

The IBPO is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to give a voice to those non-profits and minority groups in the community that are not normally heard. We stand for excellence in video multimedia for Political Meetings, Arts and Education, Entertainment, Documentaries, and Community Events.
